SACRED CIRCLE FOR TEEN GIRLS

A Six Session Series
for Self-Connection, Sisterhood, & Emotional Thriving

• For Girls 11-17 Years-Old•
Begins September 2024

Sacred Circle for Teen Girls is an experiential and educational circle for highly sensitive girls aged 11-18 (two age cohorts), devoted to sharing, connecting with the physical and emotional body, and cultivating belonging.

In this experiential program, participants will learn how to support their unique ways of being and embrace sensitivity as a superpower.

Heightened sensitivity—which can exhibit through emotional, sensory, and/or mental pathways—is often considered “difficult,” both on the inside and from the outside. Those with more sensitive systems can feel like they don’t fit in; experience trouble navigating transitions or major life changes; have intense emotional responses and feelings of being “too much”; subject themselves to extreme self-criticism; and/or become easily overwhelmed by stimulation and expectations from this world.

There is remarkable beauty and magick in the amplified system and the spirit it holds; learning to love and consciously work with these attuned and deep-feeling instincts provides us with a foundation for thriving. This program is an outstretched hand for highly sensitive girls to deepen into self-discovery, acquire and practice tools to support their particular needs, develop bonds with similarly sensitive peers, and embrace their full selves.

In our six weeks together, GIRLS will:

  • Be in and co-create a safe and joyful space for authentic connection, personal sharing and witnessing others

  • Learn how to navigate stressful situations and big feelings in healthy ways

  • Develop a conscious relationship with their bodies

  • Learn about the nervous system and its role in emotional responses

  • Learn body-based practices for emotional attunement and regulation

  • Explore what intuition is and how to nurture it

  • Build self-awareness, self-trust and resilience

  • Connect with like-minded girls to cultivate friendship and belonging

Our experience with Meredith was wonderful. She was able to create a welcoming, warm, and safe space for our girls to be themselves as well as to go deeper and explore their inner workings. She was also able to create a perfect balance between fun, ‘doing the work,’ and learning. Our girls also really enjoyed being around her because she had great energy!”

This sacred circle encouraged my daughter to embrace her true self and to feel safe expressing herself in front of others. This safe space created a community that is beneficial for my daughter’s overall happiness and such a bonus to make friends along the way!”
